Total Project Time

The average metal building is completed in 6-10 weeks. In week 1, the building is ordered and dirt work and concrete are completed. 2 Weeks are required for the concrete to harden. Building delivery is often 4-6 weeks. Building erection and buildout is typically 1-2 weeks.

Most custom barndominiums are completed in 9-12 months depending on build complexity.
